Storm Shield builds and renovates private homes in Puerto Rico. The contractor’s experience includes custom homes and residential renovations in the Hamptons.
Our role is to organize and carry out the construction: coordinating the trades, materials and details that turn the project drawings into completed work.
We work with homeowners and their architects, engineers and designers. The scope, responsibilities and construction requirements are established for each property.

A useful first discussion starts with the property and the proposed work. We review the current plans, priorities, budget and intended schedule to establish what needs further development.
For renovations, that includes the existing building and how the changes connect to it. For a new home, it includes the site, the design and the requirements for construction.
